Waiting; A movie about a full day's shift and the stories that are intertwined between the entire crew at the well named restaurant Shenanigans. One of the far more strange stories is the game that all of the male servers play where they show their genitals to one another followed up by a swift kick to the behind. They assigned more kicks to different positions the genitals were placed in; positions such as Brain, The Batwing, Abraham Lincoln and, apparently one of the more difficult positions, The Goat. All of the stories conveniently wrap up at the end of the day at a nice party.

If you have no idea what I am talking about then you obviously have not seen the movie and have not completed your first movie club assignment. So get crackin or get commenting below to let me know what you thought of it.

Welcome & Assignement Number 1

Welcome to the Movie Club! A club that I have created to help speed through the monotony of the dull summer when all of my TV shows have ended. Here is where you come to find out what the weekend's movie assignment is. Every week, there will be a new movie off of a list of movies that I created. If you haven't watched the assigned movie in the past moth or so you must watch it again (certain movies do not apply to this rule, ask if you are uncertain and tell me when you last watched the movie).

I will do a post letting you know what movie to watch. You watch it. You then either come back here or go to each other at work to discuss the movie. Here would be a nice place to start your comment so you can leave comments while you are watching the movie.

I created the first list of movies off the top of my head. Future lists of movies will have a sort of theme associated with them. Themes such as common directors, or actors; perhaps a director or actor from a new blockbuster movie that just hit the theaters. The lists will also contain movies that you have suggested. I would like to create an all inclusive movie club, one that includes movies from all genres. The future lists will also be shorter. I would like to create a list of 4-5 movies so that one list will be done in one month. This will allow for a shorter themed list of movies in case some members of the club don't enjoy the theme.

On that note, I would like for everyone to at least try to watch the movie, even if you think you might not like it. So, with out further a due, the first list of movies:

Some ways to get the movie are to rent or buy. Borrowing might be a bit difficult, but can be attempted. Other ways include using the interwebs to get the movie. If you need help getting a copy of a movie just give me a holler and I'll see what I can do. Enjoy!
